I have faulty modules in my EV, can I change them for new ones?
When purchasing a replacement battery, ensure it is from the same manufacturer and has the identical model number and age as the original. Before installation, verify that the battery's voltage aligns with the existing vehicle batteries. If there's a discrepancy, balance the battery by either charging or discharging it to match the system. Failure to do so may result in the vehicle generating a fault code. We cannot help with this service.
